“CXO Mindset” program

A small-cohort leadership program that helps emerging executives build the mindset, influence and capability to lead at CXO level.


CXO Mindset is our flagship group development program designed for leaders who want to expand their impact, strengthen their executive presence and operate with greater strategic intent. Participants join a small virtual cohort of peers from across Australia, creating a supportive environment to learn, reflect and grow together.
  • Practical, Targeted Leadership Development

    Across 12 weeks, participants explore the leadership capabilities that matter most at senior levels, including strategic partnering, commercial acumen, leading high-performing teams and communicating value with confidence.

  • Learning With External Peers

    Each cohort brings together leaders from different organisations, functions and industries. This creates powerful peer learning, broader perspective and real-world application beyond a single organisational context.

  • Structured Learning With Space to Go Deep

    The program is delivered through six facilitated modules, reflection activities and practical tools that help participants apply new thinking to their current role. Cohorts are capped at eight participants to ensure meaningful discussion and individual attention.

The outcome is a leadership cohort that thinks and operates at a higher level, with clarity, confidence and a broader sense of strategic responsibility.
