At a time where skills shortages are being felt the world over, keeping and retaining talent is critical. At Batea we partner with you to build and deliver programs tailored to your organisation's culture goals. We can run programs for the entire organisation, departments or specific team members.

Accountability Groups

Many of us respond better to outer expectations, than to inner expectations. We prioritise the commitments we make to others above those we make to ourselves. It's why we'll show up at 6am for a personal trainer, but not use the expensive gym membership we signed up to only a few weeks ago. 

 

At Batea, we use accountability groups to help keep you on track by providing peer support, encouragement and of course accountability. It's also a great way to build your network and connect with like-minded people.

 

Our group intakes are posted 4-6 weeks prior to commencement.

1:1 Coaching

Every person's coaching journey is unique. Your Batea coach will build a program tailored to your goals and what you need from each session. And if talk of goals sounds like too much for where you are now, that's ok. A feeling that things could be different and perhaps better is plenty to start with.

We usually find that an initial coaching engagement of two months - 4- 6 sessions with exercises in between  - works best for most people. However, if there is something specific that you want coaching towards, such as a job interview or pay review, we are happy to tailor things to suit.
